Hey guys! I met you at the Deadwood Jam in South Dakota last year (Best Show EVER!) and this year I am in Mongolia with the Peace Corps, and am still loving your music! I here it everyday on my ipod.
Just thought you might think it was cool to know your music is being introduced here on the steppes.
With love and admiration,

Hey, guys!
I saw you last Saturday Aug. 1 at the Irish Festival in Dublin, Ohio and had to write to tell you how much I enjoyed the show. It was my first time to the Irish Festival and my first time seeing you and I had a great time! I love the new album. I pop it in the cd player, hit repeat, and just let it play over and over. I can't wait to see you again!

Guys, Haven't missed a Boise show in 5 years. First time was in the pool room of the Main Street Bistro.....wow......long time a go. Several New Years Parties and a few outside shows later you are still my favorite band. Over the years I must have dragged 15-20 new people to se you guys. All have been blown away. How do you guys never have a bad show or even an off night I will never know. Please keep it up. Your concerts give regular guys like myself a one night escape from our lives. No job stress, no life stress. Just good music and good times. Keith
Thanks for a great night boys and for your generous time with our drunk asses after the show. You guys deserve all the success in the world. Take care on the road lads, and God's speed. Oh and get your arses back to Boston before too long. I'll be sure to plaster the town with publicity.
~ mudd
P.S. Thanks for writing "Evermore," God bless ya.

Hello to All:
Just wanted to you to know that you were the part of a 3rd grade talent show.
My daughter really likes to listen to your CD "Real World" especially songs #3, 4, 7 and 12 - so much so that she pretty much knows the words. So she comes to me on Monday and says "Mom I have a talent show coming up and I want to sing songs 3 and 12" I say "Of what cd?" She gives me this look that only 8yr olds can give - which says you should really know and I thought grownup knew everything rolled into one. So she gives a big sigh and says "The new Dublings of course". Well the show was this morning and she actually sang 4 and 7 instead but not only were the kids moving to the music (some were doing the air guitar) but when I looked around all the adults were tapping their feet and swaying. So the girl sitting next to her say "Who was that?" She looks around to see who's listening and says very loudly "The Young Dublings" The girl says "I never heard of them" Liana smiles and says "That's cause they're Irish".
Anyway can't wait for you to come back to SLC soon, St Paddy's weekend show was so great and love the new stuff live. Hope all your future shows are just as awesome.
SLC fan - Teena

Hey you guys! I just wanted to tell you all that I love your band!! I saw you perform last night at Irish Fest in Kansas City. You guys were GREAT!!!! Keith... you might remember me.. I was the one in the front screaming my head off with the bright-ass green fishnet sleeves. The one who was begging poor roadies for a drum stick from Dave... then you signed it for me because he was already back in the hotel because he had "some back shit" as you referred to it as! Ha ha. Yea, well anyway... I had never heard you guys before until last night... so I didn't know what to expect... but you guys really won me over!!! I'm a huge drum fan (hence my e-mail address) and I was freaking out when your drummer Dave looked at me as I was doing the rock on thing with my hands, he did it back to me. I was on the verge of crying, seriously!! I turned to my friend, and I tried to tell him, but I couldn't because I didn't wanna look like an idiot from crying... so I just smiled and continued screaming and yelling! Then when I was begging the roady for the drumstick (very pathetically I'm sure) and he came out about 10- 15 minutes later and handed me the drumstick.... I screamed and yelled like I was dying!! I was so happy!!! You guys really... it was the highlight of my life! I have never had so much fun! I really felt like I was the coolest person in the world! I felt so bad because I didn't know any of the words to your songs, I figured I screamed a lot, that I could pull it off. I couldn't sing, I was screaming. Ya know ?? Yea. Anyway... before I start rambling... I'll let you go. Thanx for a great show... and a pick, drumstick, and for Keith's sweat towel (Yea, I scored that, too.) Stacie P.S. You guys had a DVD there at the merchandise stand... I wanted to get It but didn't have any more money... so I was just wondering where I could find that, like, where else could I possibly buy it around here. Thanx again. ~ Stacie

I recently saw you guys in Tucson, and I just wanted to tell you," it was about time." More importantly Iwanted to thank you for such a stellar performance. On Sept 8 of 2001, I was on vacation in Boston. I had also recently boughten your red album and was thourghly excited when i got wind of your show at the Original House of Blues in Harvard square. I was completely taken by suprise, so many people were dancing a jig the floor shook. That amazing night and your music has left a lasting impression I will always remember. Especially due to the tragic events that soon followed. I never realized the power music can have on a person until you showed up in Tucson. your concert brought back a time in the world for me, when things were less kaotic, and violent. I just wanted to thank you for the memories and wish you the best. ~ J-Rod

Dubs, I have been reading all the fan mails, and there arent any from your L.A fans! so here is one from all of us, you guys are the best! simply the best! I was able to be at the HOB shows in Anaheim, and Hollywood and both shows rocked!!! the finale was so cool, but please say it's not so, no more tours for the rest of the year?? You have to play in Los Angeles again! Just want to add that i listen to your new cd everyday going and coming from work, love it!! knew every song at the shows, please say you will have another show! thank for all the great music and good times, ~ Dorene

Hey Young Dubs! I wanted to thank you for the awesome performances thus far on the Uprooted Tour. I caught the show a couple of times and as a new fan, I was blown away each time. You have to make sure you get back to the D.C. area soon! Its only been a month, but IÍm already going through YD withdrawal. Take care and good luck on the second half of the tour and the future. ~ Anonymous

Hello there! I just wanted to let you guys know that the Uprooted Tour is working...I went to the Boston show this past weekend as a Great Big Sea Fan and I came away a fan of the Young Dubliners and Seven Nations too. Of course, someone on stage (Keith?) said that if we weren't Young Dubs fans by the end of the show that you guys would come to our house and drink our alcohol for a few weeks....which makes me want to lie and say I'm not convinced yet! *wink* See you when you come back to Boston! ~ -Tara

Caught this band in Buffalo with the kick off of the UpRooted Tour. What an AWESOME band this is! I would LOVE to see these guys tour up in Canada. They would be very well received, trust me! Absolutely LOVE 'Absolutely'! I'll be passing this around the friend circle as a must to buy! Wishing them all the luck on the tour! What a wild group of b'ys to be sure - 7 Nations, Great Big Sea, AND Young Dubliners! What every Irish mother would dream of! Cheers, ~ Moe,

Dear Dubs, My family and I saw you at the Irish fest in Cleveland last night and thought you guys ROCKED! I even did something I rarely do: I bought the CD. You even got my daughters moribund boyfreind to jump around. Musically, I can't remember a show where every song so good. We didn't want the show to stop. Come back to Ohio ASAP. Anywhere in Ohio, just come back to play. Go Dubs,
~ Mike & Family

Hey Guys, I just wanted to let you know how incredible you were last night! You sounded wonderful and the energy was incredible. You guys totally kicked Creedence Clearwater Revisited's ass. I am so glad you made the monstrous trip from Cleveland to Boise and back again. Thanks again for a fantastic show and we will see you in August at the Big Easy.
~ Kim

Hello, Well I have seen you every time you have come to Boise and I debated long and hard about going to the Boise River Festival and facing the crowds or watching you on TV with the air conditioning on full blast and in the comfort of my Lazy Boy Recliner. I decided to tough it out and be a religious FAN and I was not disappointed. The show was great and I was right by the booth where they were selling your CD's and they were being purchased very quickly ( IM so happy for you) BUT no T-shirts? what's the deal? Crazy schedule no doubt you must be exhausted. I dragged my son kicking and screaming to the concert, he knows IM a devoted fan and jokes with me quite a bit about it. I told him I sent you an e-mail and you wrote back and he said "Of course they did, your there only fan" and "Have they hit you up for money yet" so I brought him along and he liked the show, he wasn't crying afterward or anything so I guess he liked it. Don't take offense, at his age (15) you have to be a RAPPER. Anyway I just wanted to tell you THANK YOU for coming all the way from Cleveland and you are so AWESOME. Take Care on the Road,
~ Paddy

About f@#$*ing time Coming to Michigan finally!!! My God in Heaven it's about time. Last time, the Dub-liner broke down in Chicago so you had to bail on that Royal Oak gig. You meet too many people to remember one who's had to drive from Detroit to Cincinnati 3 times to see you at Bogarts with 97X -- but I'll be there July 19 with as many people as I can muster. God Bless ye and keep ye safe during your travels this summer!
~ Kit

A am sooooo glad you are making the long journey back to Florida. I saw you when you opened for Tull in Sunrise and fell in love with your music. I can not wait to see you when you play in St. Pete. It is quite a trip for me, but it should be well worth the 3 hour drive. Next time you make it down to the sunshine state, how about coming a little further south. Maybe Fort Myers. There is a little club called Neptunes that is not too bad. See you at the show!! Have a safe tour!
~ Sue

i love it! ABSOLUTELY!!! You'll love playing at the MN Zoo! (I know you don't really believe that, but it's a pretty cool place.) Bring some mosquito juice, though - the lights draw them in and the stage is near a swamp! Can't wait to hear you, again!
~ Kate
